Track each order with its own QR code
Cloudose creates a tracking link and QR for each new order. Customers open it to see whether their order is preparing or ready, while staff manage orders through a simple cashier screen.
Create and display the code quickly
Cashiers do not need to type a link or generate a QR separately. The code is prepared with the order and can be opened from its card or sent to a paired customer display.
The customer display shows the order number, status and a large QR without cashier controls. Pairing uses the cashier device’s browser; copying the link to another device does not establish an internet connection between screens.
How do customers scan it?
- Point the phone camera at the code and open the tracking link.
- Alternatively, open the QR scanner on the Cloudose website and allow camera access or choose a code image from the device.
- Follow the order status and optionally enable ready notifications if the device supports them.
Order links and privacy
Tracking does not require a customer account or phone number. The link is private to the order; share it only with people who should follow it.
Authorized staff can revoke a tracking link or replace the QR from order options. Revoking the link disables it and its notifications; it does not delete order history.
Status updates and notifications
Status updates while the page is open. Background notifications are a separate choice. Supported iPhone notifications require Home Screen installation, while page tracking remains available without installation.
