Do customers need to install an app?
Customers can track orders in the browser without installation. For web notifications on supported iPhones and iPads, add tracking to the Home Screen, open it there and grant permission.
Do I need to replace my POS system?
No. CLOUDOSE Pager is an independent solution that works alongside your current POS.
Is the QR code shared between customers?
No. A unique dynamic QR code is generated for every new order and shown on the tablet or customer display.
Will customers know when their order is ready?
Order status updates on the page. A ready notification is sent to devices that completed setup. Delivery and display depend on the browser, connectivity and phone settings; delivery is not guaranteed at 100%.
Is the tablet included?
No. Subscription covers the software service. The business provides a compatible tablet.
