How to enable your order ready notification
Notifications are optional and sent when an order becomes ready. Phone permission alone is insufficient: setup must also complete on the order page, and the business plan must include notifications.
On Android
- Scan the QR and open tracking in a browser that supports web notifications, such as an updated Chrome.
- Tap enable ready notifications and allow the permission request.
- Confirm that the page reports completed setup. A registration error means the device has not been enabled yet.
On iPhone and iPad
- Use a device supporting web app notifications with iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later.
- Open the order link and follow the installation preparation steps. In Safari, choose Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Open the added icon, enable ready notifications and grant permission.
Can a notification arrive with the screen locked?
Web notifications can arrive in the background on supported devices after setup. Display and timing depend on connectivity, operating system and browser settings, and power management. Delivery cannot be guaranteed at 100% or while the phone is fully powered off.
If notifications work on mobile data but not Wi-Fi, try another network and review network filtering, VPN and private DNS. Being able to open the website does not prove that the push service is reachable on that network.
What if a notification does not arrive?
Check website and browser notification permissions, then use the order page’s notification check or reset controls. On iPhone, open tracking through the Home Screen icon.
Keep the order page open to follow its status. After changing domains or devices, open the new link and enable notifications there.
